From time to time you should review your online presence. Especially if you conduct your business via the internet.
I love Google. No, I’m not being paid to say that. I use the search engine for just about everything. When in doubt, ask Google.
In an old issue of Entrepreneur Magazine there was a list of ten things that all entrepreneurs do. Within that list was Googling themselves. Might sound a bit silly, but actually it’s not.
You’ll find out what information (good/bad) is available about you and your brand. It’s also a good way to make sure you don’t have any outdated contact information, miss spellings, and/or inactive venues.
In regards to your business you want to be taken seriously, right? Then go ahead and conduct a search and make sure everything is tidy!
Until the next word…

Good idea to Google one's biz periodically for the good and the 'how can I put a smile on someone's face' who might have had something less than stellar to say about one's biz. thanks for the post!
Thanks!
Former customer? If so, has their complaint/concern been addressed? Has a reasonable solution been offered? I've learned through experience that some people can hold a negative grudge no matter what you do.
